About the Role
You will set technical direction for growth enablement and build agentic systems that measure performance, diagnose failures, run approved experiments, and improve from results. You will develop acquisition measurement, deep-linking, attribution, audience, promotion, referral, and fraud-control systems across web, mobile, billing, and data.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong backend expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Go, or a similar language
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with a data warehouse and event instrumentation
- Experience with attribution, marketing technology, deep linking, payment webhooks, or high-scale event pipelines
- Experience turning ambiguous business needs into shipped systems with non-engineering partners
Responsibilities
- Design agentic growth systems that monitor performance and run approved experiments
- Explore AI-native approaches to optimization, campaign operations, audience discovery, and measurement
- Build acquisition measurement across web and mobile
- Create standards for deep links and context transfer
- Build reusable promotion, referral, landing-page, fraud-control, attribution, and holdout-measurement systems
- Build audience pipelines that synchronize warehouse-defined cohorts and exclusions
- Work with marketing, sales, and partnerships to build technical systems
