About the Role

You will build and enhance customer-facing features, with a particular focus on frontend experiences for an AI-powered sales platform. You will own key features end to end, making architectural decisions and taking them through implementation, deployment, and support. You will create intuitive, high-performance interfaces that make complex AI insights accessible. You will conduct code reviews, document work, and apply engineering best practices. You will partner with product and design to translate customer needs into technical solutions, improve development tooling and practices, and monitor system and product health using data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Work from the New York City office at least 3 days per week
• Proficiency in TypeScript frameworks
• Experience with Node.js and REST API design
• Experience with mobile and/or web performance optimization
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
