Founded in 2021, MPCH designs, builds, and operates cryptographic infrastructure spanning hardware-backed key management, air-gapped disaster recovery, validator operations, secure vault facilities, and managed SOC and network services. Its Stronghold products provide policy-governed signing and recovery for regulated blockchain and authority-key systems, while ATLAS and APEX provide cryptographically enforced governance for autonomous AI and tokenized-finance workflows. MPCH also operates Ti22, its US defense subsidiary, serving defense and intelligence environments.

About the Role
You will design, build, and maintain secure, scalable web applications and backend services. You will develop APIs and business logic, implement authentication and secure data handling, and contribute to cryptographic and privacy-preserving transaction workflows. You will write tests, improve CI/CD pipelines, participate in Agile ceremonies, and work with product stakeholders to deliver high-quality features.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of full stack web application development experience in cloud environments
- Experience with secure application development
- Knowledge of React, Next.js, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML
- Knowledge of NestJS, Python, FastAPI, Kotlin, Java, C++, and Golang
- Familiarity with encryption, key management, HSMs, digital signatures, and cryptographic libraries
- Knowledge of GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Jest, Pytest, JUnit, Git, Postman, Figma, Jira, and Google Cloud Platform
- Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain performant, secure, and scalable web applications using React, HTML, CSS, Next.js, and NestJS
- Integrate RESTful APIs into software applications
- Design and implement intuitive user interfaces with a focus on performance and usability
- Translate product requirements into high-quality features
- Design and implement APIs and business logic using NestJS, Python, C++, Golang, and Kotlin or Java
- Ensure backend services are reliable, scalable, and secure
- Implement secure data handling and user authentication mechanisms
- Implement secure communication protocols and cryptographic primitives
- Develop privacy-preserving and secure transaction workflows
- Ensure cryptographic operations are safe, correct, and performant
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Write unit, integration, and functional tests
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployments
- Communicate technical concepts clearly across disciplines
