About the Role
You will build systems for fleet lifecycle management, machine configuration, cluster state, and hardware deployment. You will automate provisioning, support new sites and hardware, improve lifecycle workflows, diagnose hardware issues, and work across operational disciplines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience
- Fluency in Python, Go, or a similar language
- Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and automation pipelines
- Experience debugging Linux, OS, hardware, and networking layers
- Experience owning production systems with SLAs
- Ability to lead technical design for medium-to-large features
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and improve fleet lifecycle, machine configuration, and cluster-state software
- Build automation for provisioning, configuration, validation, and customer hand-off
- Enable hardware and datacenter site bring-up and production readiness
- Refine bare-metal provisioning, firmware updates, imaging, and health monitoring
- Build systems that reconcile configuration and detect drift
- Investigate BIOS, BMC, firmware, DPU, networking, storage, and boot failures
- Collaborate on scalable fleet solutions
