About the Role
You will design, develop, and maintain automated test suites and automation frameworks. You will collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders, review requirements, create test plans and cases, prototype solutions, write and adapt source code, and verify performance, security, usability, reliability, and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field
- Six or more years of testing or development experience involving UI and API automation
- Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks using Playwright or Cypress
- TypeScript or JavaScript
- Cucumber or BDD
- Automated and manual testing methodologies
- Angular or Vue UI testing
- RESTful web services
- DevOps and CI/CD tools
- Git, Bitbucket Server, Jenkins, and uDeploy
- Test plans and test cases
Responsibilities
- Define and develop automated test suites
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, application owners, and engineering managers
- Review requirements and implement automation solutions
- Investigate and resolve technical issues using automated and manual testing
- Create and maintain test plans and test cases
- Prototype solutions
- Write, adapt, and test source code
- Ensure designs meet performance, security, usability, reliability, and scalability requirements
- Build reusable automation artifacts
