About the Role
You will architect and deliver backend systems for AI-native operational workflows. You will build a multi-tenant agent platform, design state-machine workflows, implement observability and rollback mechanisms, lead technical alignment, and mentor engineers and subject matter experts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related engineering field
- Extensive backend development experience with high-throughput production systems
- Experience deploying enterprise backend infrastructure, microservices, and APIs
- Familiarity with distributed systems, data platforms, and large-scale traffic
- Experience with ML-assisted backend systems, LLM orchestration frameworks, state machines, or agentic automation
- Understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, compliance, data privacy, and security constraints
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the technical vision, infrastructure, and backend architecture for an enterprise agentic framework
- Build a modular multi-tenant agent platform
- Drive iterative backend development with quality, safety, throughput, and reliability standards
- Design state-machine and agentic workflows
- Implement tracing, logging, transparency, safe execution, and rollback mechanisms
- Align roadmaps and unblock dependencies across stakeholders
- Set standards for backend code quality, performance, and maintainability
- Mentor engineers and subject matter experts
