About the Role
Design and build internal applications using React, TypeScript, and Python; architect multi-chain asset deployments, CLI tooling, and wallet structures; manage GCP and Kubernetes infrastructure; automate CI/CD; use AI tooling; and maintain high engineering standards through testing, code reviews, and mentorship.
Requirements
- 5+ years building production systems in financial services or other high-stakes environments.
- Strong fundamentals across technologies, including TypeScript and Python.
- Cloud and DevOps fluency with GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Strong PostgreSQL skills and experience with BigQuery or equivalent analytical stores.
- Experience designing clean schemas and data models.
- Proven delivery of fault-tolerant systems with rigorous testing, observability, and HA/DR practices.
- Agile working style with end-to-end ownership and initiative.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using LLMs such as Claude or Gemini to accelerate delivery while maintaining engineering standards.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build full-stack internal applications using React, TypeScript, and Python.
- Architect multi-chain asset deployments, expand CLI tooling, and engineer robust incognito wallet structures.
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure end to end on GCP and Kubernetes, driving CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Config Connector.
- Leverage AI tooling and coding agents to accelerate full-stack development.
- Raise engineering standards through code reviews, automated testing, and technical mentorship.
