About the Role
You will lead complex Java-based web service projects from design through production launch. You will build performant database models, improve scalable distributed platforms, contribute hands-on to implementation, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-volume bank payment capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional engineering experience
- Senior Software Engineer or similar-level experience
- Communication skills
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Large-scale distributed systems experience
- Java-based web services
- RESTful APIs
- SOAP
- Performant database modeling
- PostgreSQL or other relational databases
- Event-driven architecture
- Message queueing systems
