About the Role
You will develop core payment business logic in Kotlin for Android-based terminals and mobile phones. You will build payment capabilities, integrate with backend services, and own features from design and implementation through testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. You will also create automated tests, contribute to technical decisions, and mentor engineers through reviews and debugging.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience writing Kotlin code
- 8+ years of experience building Android software
- Experience developing enterprise-level SDKs
- Expert knowledge of Kotlin Android SDK Jetpack Compose Coroutines Gradle and dependency injection
- Experience owning features through deployment and maintenance
- Experience writing automated unit and integration tests
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform is beneficial
- Knowledge of C C++ or Python is beneficial
- Knowledge of EMV or ISO8583 is beneficial
- Knowledge of security best practices is beneficial
- Payment industry experience is beneficial
