About the Role
You will design and operate distributed systems that govern AI-agent execution. You will build runtime and control-plane systems, optimize latency and reliability, investigate failures, run experiments, and improve testing, simulations, observability, and real-time voice systems.
Requirements
- Experience building distributed systems or backend platforms in production
- Experience owning systems from design through production and iteration
- Familiarity with experimentation, evaluation, or data-driven improvement loops
- Experience improving reliability, performance, and observability
- Ability to debug complex systems and identify root causes
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve agent harnesses
- Build runtime systems and multi-model orchestration
- Develop control-plane logic for routing, planning, and tool invocation
- Optimize agent systems for latency, reliability, and production correctness
- Analyze failures and drive iterative improvements with data
- Build and operate online experimentation and contribute to offline evaluations
- Improve observability, testing, and simulation systems
- Contribute to voice and real-time systems
