About the Role
You will build scalable systems and backend components, balancing stability, performance, and maintainability. You will design, implement, test, and deploy production-ready features with high correctness and low-latency requirements. You will partner with frontend and data teams to refine APIs, mentor junior developers, lead complex projects, and identify and implement system performance and workflow improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- 3+ years designing and building large-scale distributed low-latency systems
- Proficiency in concurrent backend system development and intuitive API design
- Demonstrated ability to deliver long-term impact on systems or team-wide architecture
- Strong judgment and prioritization skills with ability to lead initiatives and mentor peers
