About the Role
You will lead the design, development, administration, maintenance, and improvement of an air-gapped SharePoint Server environment. You will build and deploy custom solutions, administer sites and permissions, automate workflows, resolve platform issues, coordinate maintenance, apply security controls, and establish platform governance.
Requirements
- BS degree in a related technical field or equivalent education and experience
- At least eight years of SharePoint development and administration experience
- Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility or active DOE Q clearance
- SharePoint solution, workflow, and site-feature development experience
- SharePoint permissions, content, site structure, troubleshooting, and user-support experience
- Automation, scripting, or workflow-tool experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain DOE Q clearance with SCI eligibility
- Pass pre-placement and ongoing random drug testing
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, administration, and sustainment of the SharePoint Server environment
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom SharePoint solutions and interfaces
- Administer SharePoint farms, sites, content, navigation, and search
- Manage permissions, access controls, and role-based security
- Design and implement workflow and process automation
- Troubleshoot platform, application, permissions, access, and content-management issues
- Coordinate patching, upgrades, maintenance, and health monitoring
- Translate stakeholder requirements into secure and scalable solutions
- Maintain governance for site architecture, configuration, and lifecycle controls
- Comply with authorization, security, and change-management requirements
- Lead platform modernization and continuous improvement
