About the Role
You will identify workflow bottlenecks, evaluate AI and automation tools, and turn findings into repeatable engineering guidance. You will maintain prompts and workflow templates, improve CI feedback loops, measure adoption and impact, and lead internal enablement sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based coding tools
- Understanding of software development workflows
- Ability to rapidly evaluate tools and translate findings into actionable guidance
Responsibilities
- Identify engineering workflow pain points and high-leverage opportunities
- Research, prototype, and benchmark AI and automation tools
- Design and maintain prompt libraries, workflow templates, and integration guides
- Improve CI and testing signal quality and feedback loops
- Lead onboarding, Q&A, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Define and track adoption and impact metrics
- Monitor AI tooling developments and share relevant findings
