About the Role

You will deploy and validate front-end, back-end, BMS, and management network infrastructure. You will configure switches, validate optics and physical connectivity, coordinate cabling and hardware logistics, maintain deployment documentation, resolve incidents, and travel to onsite deployments.

Requirements

• Hands-on data center network engineering experience
• Knowledge of EVPN, VXLAN, BGP, and CLOS fabrics
• Experience configuring production network infrastructure
• Experience with cabling, switch configuration, and optical-layer troubleshooting
• Ability to troubleshoot OTDR traces, insertion loss, BGP sessions, and complex topologies
• Technical documentation and cross-functional communication skills
• Ability to travel 50 to 60% for onsite deployments
• AI fabric turn-up experience
• Knowledge of configuration management and automation tooling
• Vendor certifications

Responsibilities

• Deploy and validate data center network infrastructure
• Configure switches, install and validate optics, coordinate cabling, and complete deployments
• Validate fiber connectivity, troubleshoot optical-layer issues, and document as-builts
• Manage device staging, rack and stack coordination, RMA, DCIM updates, inventory, and vendor shipments
• Identify and escalate deployment blockers with partner functions
• Maintain cutsheets, validation results, lessons learned, and deployment playbooks
• Provide incident response, troubleshooting, and break-fix support
