About the Role
You will own offsite authority and citation strategy across third-party publications, partner sites, and LLM citation sources. You will write and place technical content, use analytics to guide outreach, run content experiments, build publisher relationships, automate outreach workflows, and align offsite initiatives with SEO and content efforts.
Requirements
- 7+ years of SEO experience focused on offsite content, link building, and authority growth
- Strong independent writing and editing skills
- Experience producing technical or thought leadership copy for B2B SaaS or cybersecurity audiences
- Experience using AI tools to automate content research, tracking, or reporting workflows
- Familiarity with AEO and LLM insights tracking platforms such as Profound, or knowledge of AI search and citation behavior
- Knowledge of Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
- Ability to translate citation performance data into business narratives
- Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or the MSP and channel ecosystem
Responsibilities
- Write and place offsite articles, guest posts, and partner content on external properties
- Track prompt referral traffic and prompt answer inclusion
- Build a citation-first offsite strategy using analytics platforms
- Turn citation insights into outreach campaigns
- Design and run content experiments across third-party properties
- Document findings from citation visibility experiments
- Cultivate relationships with MSP publishers, tech media, and security bloggers
- Build documented, automated outreach workflows
- Collaborate with SEO and content teams to align offsite and onsite initiatives
