About the Role
You will lead regional physical security deployment programs for new data centers, expansions, and technology upgrades. You will coordinate stakeholders, customer requirements, milestones, risks, operational readiness, temporary controls, reporting, and project closeout.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a listed discipline or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years of experience leading complex physical security, critical infrastructure, construction, or technology deployment programs
- Experience delivering physical security systems for hyperscale data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Experience managing cross-functional programs involving design, construction, networking, operations, procurement, and customer stakeholders
- Experience coordinating new-site commissioning, operational readiness, and transition to operations
- Experience working with security system integrators, engineering consultants, general contractors, and owner representatives
Responsibilities
- Lead regional physical security deployment programs
- Act as the primary customer-facing security representative during project delivery
- Coordinate security milestones across design, construction, operations, networking, procurement, and customer security
- Ensure customer contractual security requirements are achieved
- Monitor project schedules, risks, dependencies, and security deliverables
- Coordinate operational readiness and the transition from construction to operations
- Coordinate temporary compensating controls
- Maintain project dashboards, reporting metrics, and deployment documentation
- Manage project closeout documentation and lessons learned
