About the Role

You will lead the development of motion-planning and control systems for high-precision industrial robotic arms. You will design robust real-time software interfaces, validate advanced control algorithms, improve production code performance and scalability, and manage software deployments at customer sites.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field
• 5+ years of robotic control development experience
• Experience developing and tuning control frameworks for robotic applications
• Experience with trajectory optimization, kinematics, and motion planning for multi-axis robots
• Expertise in Rust or C++
• Experience designing complex real-time multi-process systems
• Hands-on experience with industrial robotic arms and low-level hardware controllers
• Knowledge of robotic-system design, integration, debugging, verification, and testing
• Experience integrating, calibrating, or processing data from robotic sensors

• Direct development of motion-planning and control systems for industrial robotic arms
• Design and implement robust real-time software interfaces for industrial robotic arms
• Lead technical design discussions and code reviews
• Design, implement, and validate advanced control algorithms
• Create reliable production-grade software for near-term deployment
• Research and develop control strategies that improve robotic-system performance and robustness
• Manage software deployments at customer sites
