Review AI-generated risk intelligence across trading workflows, validate investigations, assess market abuse signals, escalate events, document findings, create SOPs and agent skills, identify detection gaps, review system quality, and coordinate risk recommendations with product, compliance, legal, and operations teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years in trading risk experience, ideally at a crypto exchange or derivatives venue.
• Deep knowledge of pump-and-dump, wash trading, liquidation suicide attacks, Sybil patterns, and flash crashes.
• Ability to quality-assure AI-generated analysis, spot anomalies, and challenge agent conclusions.
• Experience operating in AI-augmented workflows.
• Judgment in ambiguous, high-pressure situations.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills with product managers, engineers, and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Review AI agent outputs across risk monitoring workflows.
• Assess findings for accuracy and escalate risk events.
• Operate AI-assisted investigation workflows for key risk metrics.
• Verify agent reasoning and identify analytical gaps.
• Review AI-surfaced market abuse signals.
• Escalate valid findings with structured reports.
• Translate risk experience into SOPs and agent skill sets.
• Document detection blind spots and edge cases.
• Review agent performance and propose refinements.
• Communicate risk findings to Product, Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams.
