About the Role
Lead a team of Recruiters, create and drive the LATAM Talent Acquisition Strategy, contribute to global strategy, develop team capability, partner with technology and commercial leaders, lead recruiting and process-improvement projects, use people data to identify trends, and champion inclusive hiring.
Requirements
- 10+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced, global, matrix organization
- 5+ years of team leadership experience
- Full-cycle recruitment experience with a focus on passive candidate attraction
- Experience leading global recruiting projects, change management, and global collaboration
- Experience creating and driving recruiting strategies
- Experience partnering with all levels of leadership
- Trusted advisor with strong relationship-building skills
- Continuous improvement mindset and comfort challenging the status quo
- Collaborative approach and interest in simpler, more automated solutions
