About the Role
You will lead hiring efforts in DRC, owning full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles including leadership and business-critical positions. You will build and execute sourcing strategies tailored to the Congolese market, partner with hiring managers to define needs and deliver high-quality hires, and provide an exceptional candidate experience. You will continuously improve recruiting processes, use data and analytics to monitor pipeline health, maintain accurate ATS data in Greenhouse, design and drive inclusive hiring strategies, and mentor junior recruiters. You should be prepared to travel regionally and must have work authorization in DRC.
Requirements
- 6+ years owning end-to-end recruitment processes
- 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience in Africa, ideally in high-growth or scaling environments
- Experience hiring field and office roles
- Deep understanding of local talent markets in DRC (Kinshasa and beyond)
- Fluency in French and English
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with metrics, KPIs, and spreadsheets
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Work authorization in DRC
