About the Role
You will lead end-to-end hiring for challenging technical roles, from sourcing and assessment through closing. You will partner with founders and hiring managers, evaluate candidates for ability and culture fit, provide an excellent candidate experience, and improve recruiting processes and assessments.
Requirements
- Experience leading full-cycle hiring for difficult technical roles
- Experience closing candidates with competing options
- Experience working in a VC-backed startup or scale-up
- Ability to assess candidates for drive, ability, and culture fit
- Interest in technology and ability to hold semi-technical conversations
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience hiring in deep tech, robotics, or hard tech is beneficial
- Familiarity with the European or Dutch startup ecosystem is beneficial
- Experience with Ashby ATS is beneficial
