About the Role

You will lead large automation projects from site preparation through system acceptance. You will manage scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risks; coordinate stakeholders; improve delivery processes; and provide clear project updates.

Requirements

• Be located in the Eastern or Central time zone
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
• At least 7 years managing large automation, material-handling, or construction projects
• Scheduling, scope, cost, and risk-management expertise
• Robotic automation, ASRS, or material-handling background preferred
• Design-build, installation, and construction-project management experience
• Stakeholder-management skills
• Scheduling software, earned value management, Smartsheet, and Jira proficiency
• Technical insight for design and process discussions
• Willingness to travel up to 60%
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
• Ability to work at heights and in restrictive areas
• Compliance with lockout-tagout and fall-protection protocols

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery across scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams through project execution and system acceptance
• Coordinate delivery timelines with engineering, supply chain, quality, installation, and commissioning leaders
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
• Refine processes, standards, and communications for continuous improvement
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and provide stakeholder updates
• Travel up to 60%
• Work at customer installation locations for extended periods
