About the Role
You will lead the end-to-end identification and delivery of colocation and data center capacity in Spain. You will assess site proposals, conduct provider due diligence, negotiate commercial agreements, manage procurement and budgets, coordinate delivery workstreams, report risks and progress, maintain a qualified site pipeline, and support operational governance.

Responsibilities
- Lead identification, evaluation, and development of data center expansion opportunities in Spain
- Review site proposals and colocation opportunities
- Assess power, cooling, fibre connectivity, redundancy, rack density, and physical security
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, leases, partnerships, and vendor contracts
- Represent the organization with authorities, regulators, utilities, and third parties
- Own RFI and RFP preparation, vendor shortlisting, negotiation, and contract execution
- Manage project budgets, financial models, and investment cases
- Ensure compliance with Spanish laws, regulations, and policies
- Coordinate internal and external workstreams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Report project status, risks, and material developments to senior management
- Build and maintain a pipeline of evaluated Spanish sites
- Support operational governance in Spain
