About the Role

You will provide weekend and adjacent-day coverage for development testing operations. You will resolve test-execution issues, execute response playbooks, make authorized resource and sequencing decisions, escalate critical issues, report weekly execution status, adapt upcoming plans, and document decisions and contingency procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, product operations, technical operations, or a related role
• Ability to operate independently and make first-tier decisions
• Working knowledge across multiple engineering and test workstreams
• Understanding of hardware and software stacks, sensors, calibration, and software versions
• Organizational and written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work a Thursday through Monday schedule with weekend on-site presence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and incomplete information
• Ability to make hands-on operational decisions under incomplete information

Responsibilities

• Serve as the escalation point for program-management workstreams during weekend coverage
• Resolve first-tier test-execution issues and escalate issues beyond scope
• Execute response playbooks and identify playbook gaps
• Apply the decision-authority matrix
• Reassign assets, adjust test sequencing, and reroute around blocked tracks or routes
• Support test-execution questions across engineering workstreams
• Review weekly plans against actual execution and author status reports
• Adapt upcoming plans based on execution results and operational changes
• Track and communicate blockers, delays, and anomalies
• Document weekend decisions, pivots, and escalations
• Maintain the contingency playbook
