The current platform provides stablecoin-focused enterprise workflows including named virtual accounts and fiat collection, institutional stablecoin trading and FX/OTC conversion, stablecoin-to-fiat payouts through local banking rails, and fiat-backed stablecoin issuance with minting, redemption, compliance, onboarding, and distribution infrastructure. It serves wallets, payment service providers, fintechs, enterprises, marketplaces, and crypto platforms.

About the Role
Partner with senior leaders across the organization to identify, structure, and execute high-impact strategic and operational opportunities. Use AI, automation, quantitative analysis, and process improvement to multiply impact and support a fast-moving organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years leading complex cross-functional programs across product, engineering, and business teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with operational planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and program governance.
- Ability to structure ambiguous, high-impact work through measurable delivery.
- Strong analytical instincts and quantitative decision-making skills.
- Experience building scalable processes, workflows, governance models, and automation systems.
- Fluency with AI tools and automation platforms.
Responsibilities
- Surface and prioritize high-impact strategic and operational opportunities from scoping through execution.
- Define and implement strategy across products with product, engineering, and go-to-market leaders.
- Structure ambiguous strategic problems, business cases, hypotheses, and quantitative models for leadership.
- Manage business-performance drivers and incorporate opportunities into strategic work.
- Analyze competitive positioning, customers, and market landscapes to inform recommendations.
- Use AI tools and automation to create scalable solutions.
