About the Role
You will drive broker content marketing initiatives, creating opportunities for co-branded articles, webinars, event content, and thought leadership campaigns. You will partner with sell-side broker research teams to identify timely topics, shape content angles, and bring co-branded content to market. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the marketing team and broker partners, coordinate internal stakeholders across editorial, campaigns, product marketing, and revenue marketing, and develop content briefs, promotional copy, webinar descriptions, and event abstracts. You will own and maintain the Research & Thought Leadership editorial calendar, track performance metrics, maintain team process documentation, provide project management support across team priorities, and occasionally proofread marketing assets.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management, partner marketing, or content operations, ideally within financial services, capital markets, or B2B marketing
- Experience working in or adjacent to financial services or capital markets, with market fluency to communicate credibly with analysts and researchers
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience managing external partners
- Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong editorial judgment and written/verbal communication skills
- Experience managing project calendars, content workflows, or cross-functional marketing programs
- Ability to work confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with webinars, events, co-branded content, newsletters, reports, and digital content programs
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, finance, economics, business, or a related field preferred

- Maintain team process documentation, including intake processes and workflow guides
- Provide general project management support across the team's priorities
- Proofread marketing assets occasionally
