About the Role
Build and scale partner field marketing strategies that generate measurable pipeline and net-new business through co-marketed events, account-based programs, strategic partner engagement, attribution, and AI-powered automation.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, alliances, field marketing, or a related go-to-market function within a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Experience building partner or channel marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline through strategic partner engagement.
- Experience building and executing executive events and conference ancillary events.
- Experience developing account-based partner marketing strategies with Sales and Channel or Alliances teams.
- Understanding of partner ecosystems, joint go-to-market programs, and partner-led demand generation.
- Project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical skills in marketing performance, attribution, and pipeline impact.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using AI tools to improve campaign execution, automate workflows, accelerate analysis, and increase productivity.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale the partner field marketing strategy.
- Drive co-marketed events that generate measurable pipeline and net-new business.
- Develop partner engagement strategies for executive dinners, roadshows, customer events, and third-party conferences.
- Align strategic partners and target account lists with Alliances and Sales.
- Hold partners accountable for qualified prospect attendance, joint outreach, and pipeline generation.
- Design partner-integrated event experiences for priority customer accounts.
- Develop attribution frameworks and reporting for attendance, pipeline, and program performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Alliances, Demand Generation, and Field Marketing on campaign strategy and follow-up.
- Leverage AI and automation to improve engagement, campaign execution, reporting, and operational efficiency.
