About the Role

You will lead the DCM licensing initiative by owning the master plan, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery across parallel workstreams. You will track commercial partners, run planning and risk-review cadences, remove blockers, align stakeholders, and provide clear status updates to executives and the board. After licensing, you will coordinate the exchange build and go-live across partners, compliance, legal, and business, while growing into exchange operations ownership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of program management experience, or 5+ years of deep US licensing product work
  • 2–3+ years at a US-licensed crypto trading platform
  • Experience leading an initial licensing effort for a DCM, ATS, broker-dealer, MSB, or equivalent
  • Experience working with FCMs, DCOs, custodians, surveillance vendors, and KYC providers
  • Track record delivering complex multi-vendor projects with regulatory deadlines
  • Written communication skills for leadership updates
  • Experience holding senior leaders and external partners to commitments

Responsibilities

  • Own the master timeline, milestone cadence, and cross-project dependencies for DCM submission workstreams
  • Track commercial partners, integration timelines, contracts, and SLAs
  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly project planning, check-ins, and risk surfacing
  • Deliver executive status reporting and board updates
  • Hire and manage TPMs and PMs as the program expands
  • Coordinate exchange build and go-live across partners, compliance, legal, and business after licensing
  • Remove blockers, align stakeholders, and keep the program focused on its goal
