Users can mint, redeem, and transfer stablecoins for multiple currencies, access programmable payment flows, and connect with banking partners across Southeast Asia. StraitsX operates under Major Payment Institution licenses from the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

About the Role
You will join the Program Management Office and partner with the Senior Program Manager to shape how the Product organization operates and scales. You will manage the operating cadence for key meetings and reviews, design lightweight systems to surface dependencies and risks early, and drive cross-functional commitments so deliverables land ahead of deadlines. You will own the onboarding and training pipeline for new joiners and external partners, drive program adoption and team engagement, and actively use AI tools to automate your coordination, reporting, and operational workflows. You will collaborate closely with Product, Commercial, People, and Engineering teams across Singapore and Indonesia.
Requirements
- Based in Jakarta with business fluency in English
- Foundational experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Product Operations, ideally in fast-growing tech or FinTech
- Active use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini, ideally having built a workflow, script, or automation
- Proven track record of designing and implementing new processes from scratch
- Exceptional written communication skills with ability to drive action through asynchronous updates
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and balance competing stakeholder priorities
- Comfort operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
- Genuine personal interest in AI and digital assets
- Nice to have: prior exposure to FinTech, cross-border payments, or digital assets
- Nice to have: familiarity with Indonesia's regulatory landscape (OJK, Bank Indonesia)
