About the Role
You will coordinate a portfolio of client launch projects, ensuring each follows clear governance, ownership, timelines, and consistent processes. You will set up projects and kickoffs, coordinate client project teams, manage project-tracking and knowledge-management tools, and prepare steering committees. You will communicate progress, risks, and blockers to senior management, turn lessons learned into repeatable playbooks, and integrate AI into reporting, documentation, and project tracking.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or project management.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or consulting is preferred.
- Experience with onboarding or integration projects is a strong plus.
- Project and collaboration tooling, such as ClickUp.
- Document and knowledge management.
- Stakeholder communication and coordination with client-side project teams.
- Fluent German.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a portfolio-wide view of live launches and keep projects on track against timelines.
- Set up launch projects with clear governance and ownership, and prepare kickoffs with Launch Managers.
- Coordinate with client project teams by driving meeting cadence, scheduling, and follow-through.
- Own project-tracking, documentation, and shared knowledge-base tools.
- Prepare and support steering committees and report progress, risks, and blockers to senior management.
- Capture lessons learned and create standardized, repeatable launch playbooks.
- Integrate and automate AI tooling for PMO reporting, documentation, and project tracking.
