About the Role
You will own end-to-end recruiting for Product Management roles, from sourcing and outreach through offer close. You will partner with product and engineering leaders, define role requirements and interview processes, manage pipelines, guide hiring decisions with data, and improve recruiting operations.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience hiring Product Managers
- Understanding of product management strategy, execution, and technical fluency
- Sourcing experience for Product Management talent
- Experience partnering with senior product leaders on hiring decisions
- Experience negotiating offers and managing candidate relationships
- Ability to use recruiting metrics and market insights to inform decisions
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Product Management roles from sourcing through offer close
- Partner with product and engineering leaders to define role requirements, interview processes, and hiring strategies
- Build and manage candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, and market mapping
- Advise hiring managers using data, market insights, and feedback
- Lead debriefs and manage closing strategies
- Track recruiting metrics and improve recruiting efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with sourcers, coordinators, and cross-functional partners
