About the Role
Own critical parts of the Xsolla Money Account roadmap and execution, delivering embedded financial products across wallets, card issuing, payouts, and related capabilities for gamers, creators, and developers.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, embedded finance, or e-commerce.
- Experience delivering complex, cross-functional fintech products from concept to launch.
- Experience with digital wallets, card issuing, payouts, or BaaS platforms.
- Strong technical fluency and comfort working with engineering teams and APIs.
- Ability to translate ambiguity into structured product requirements and execution plans.
- Strong project management, organizational, prioritization, and execution skills.
- Strong proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian tools.
- Data-informed mindset with the ability to use metrics to guide decisions.
- Collaborative, humble, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
- Comfort giving and receiving feedback and reassessing assumptions.
- Proactive, hands-on, action-oriented mindset.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Familiarity with fraud management, risk, chargebacks, or compliance is a nice to have.
- Experience in gaming, digital goods, and creator platforms is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Money Account product strategy and roadmap.
- Identify opportunities to expand wallet, issuing, payouts, and related financial capabilities.
- Balance user experience, technical feasibility, regulatory considerations, and partner constraints.
- Translate product strategy into clear, actionable PRDs.
- Partner with UX/UI designers on end-to-end user experiences.
- Manage scope, priorities, and delivery with engineering teams using Jira and Confluence.
- Drive features from ideation through build, testing, launch, and post-launch iteration.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, compliance, legal, finance, marketing, and customer support.
- Communicate goals, tradeoffs, and timelines across stakeholders.
- Support internal enablement for new features and operational impacts.
- Work with wallet providers, issuing banks, BaaS platforms, and card networks.
- Participate in partner discussions and vendor evaluations.
- Define and monitor product metrics related to onboarding, engagement, and usage.
- Use data, user feedback, and partner insights to identify improvement opportunities.
- Continuously refine products based on performance and customer needs.
