About the Role
You will manage core product-organization operating cadences, including quarterly business reviews and product planning. You will gather requirements for planning-tool improvements, coordinate with technical teams, identify and implement process improvements using GenAI, track product performance metrics, create reporting packages, and lead ad-hoc initiatives that improve organizational efficiency.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, MIS, Business Administration, or a related analytical field
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, operations, program management, or finance
- Experience with GenAI tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Google Suite for analysis, reporting, and communication
- Quantitative and financial modeling skills
- Ability to present and communicate insights and recommendations
- Organizational and project management skills
- Ability to travel lightly to moderately
Responsibilities
- Drive Product organization operational cadences, including Product QBR and product planning processes
- Gather Product Management requirements for product planning tool enhancements and communicate them to the technical configuration team
- Identify process-improvement opportunities across Product Management and design and implement GenAI-enabled solutions
- Establish and track product performance metrics, including financial, operational, usage, and adoption metrics
- Compile regular reporting packages and collaborate on new analysis areas
- Lead ad-hoc product management programs and initiatives to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness
