Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in an operations or customer service role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and operational software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with relevant departments to improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interactions
  • Assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining standard operating procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Identify process improvements and implement efficiency changes
  • Monitor and review internal controls
  • Conduct regular audits of operational standards and policies
  • Prepare and present operational performance and compliance reports
  • Manage documentation including contracts, agreements, and business records
  • Coordinate with departments to support communication and operational flow
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and team members
