About the Role

You will build and scale Bill Pay workflows that help customers manage accounts payable with speed, accuracy, and control. You will reduce friction across vendor setup, approvals, payments, reconciliation, and exception handling. You will use data, customer feedback, and AI tools to improve product quality, launch features, automate processes, and strengthen release readiness, internal enablement, supportability, and issue escalation.

Requirements

Have 3+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a customer-facing analytical role supporting B2B SaaS
Use data to size opportunities and analyze adoption, support trends, payment flow performance, and customer friction
Translate qualitative feedback into clear requirements and operational processes
Work effectively in ambiguous, technically complex spaces and drive clarity across stakeholders
Demonstrate problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills
Use AI tools, such as Claude Code, to accelerate work and make product improvements

Responsibilities

Own the voice-of-customer loop for Bill Pay by capturing, analyzing, and prioritizing feedback from CX, Sales, and direct customer channels
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements and specifications
Own launch operations for new Bill Pay features from Alpha to general availability
Ship product improvements, including UX fixes and paper cuts, using AI tools
Use AI to automate processes and build products that help teams ship faster while maintaining quality
Build scalable operating systems for release readiness, internal enablement, supportability, and issue escalation across Bill Pay workflows
