About the Role
Own the World App roadmap for iOS and Android, partner with designers and engineers on decentralized finance and mobile-first financial products, translate goals into actionable roadmaps, coordinate stakeholders, and help scale the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, Web3, or DeFi
- Deep understanding of Web3 technologies and crypto-native experiences
- Proven ability to define product vision and go-to-market strategy
- Experience designing processes and navigating ambiguous environments
- Experience working on mobile-first products across iOS and Android
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Math, or Statistics, or equivalent engineering or design experience
- Experience as a founder or individual contributor leading product vision
- Bias toward action and ability to execute in fast-paced environments
