About the Role
You will own the product ecosystem and drive vision, roadmap, and execution for user-facing infrastructure. You will map and optimize the end-to-end developer and user journey, define APIs and SDKs, and collaborate with engineering to translate product requirements into technical specifications. You will prioritize a unified backlog, ship integrated capabilities across explorer, hub, bridge, and payment systems, and define metrics to measure ecosystem health and iterate quickly based on data and feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience shipping complex customer or developer-facing products
- Experience managing a suite of interrelated products is a plus
- Strong technical fluency in Web3 infrastructure such as wallets, explorers, bridges, and RPC services
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or distributed systems is a strong advantage
- Deep firsthand experience with the Web3 user and developer journey
- Exceptional systems thinking and ability to articulate unified product vision
- Proven ability to translate developer and end-user needs into phased product plans
- Data-driven mindset with focus on metrics for ecosystem growth
- Excellent communication and storytelling to align cross-functional stakeholders
Responsibilities
