About the Role
You will own product strategy and roadmaps for robotics and autonomy capabilities. You will define requirements, translate customer and operational data into product decisions, prioritize investments, lead execution through launch, develop product metrics, define release milestones, evaluate tradeoffs, and communicate strategy and progress to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience owning complex technical products
- Experience with robotics, autonomous vehicles, drones, industrial automation, or cyber-physical systems
- Experience defining product strategy and executing technical roadmaps with engineering organizations
- Knowledge of robotics architectures, AI systems, and software development processes
- Experience in agile product development with cross-functional engineering teams
- Analytical skills and experience using quantitative and qualitative data for prioritization
- Communication and stakeholder-influence skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmaps for robotics and autonomy initiatives
- Define product requirements for autonomy, navigation, perception, fleet intelligence, simulation, and platform capabilities
- Translate customer feedback, fleet telemetry, and operational insights into product decisions
- Prioritize investments using data, customer value, technical complexity, and business impact
- Drive cross-functional execution from concept through launch
- Develop metrics for adoption, reliability, autonomy performance, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes
- Define release milestones, evaluate tradeoffs, and remove ambiguity during development
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to executives and stakeholders
