The protocol offers tokenized US Treasuries and investment products with daily yield distributions, while developing Ondo Chain, a Layer 1 blockchain optimized for real-world assets. Products include USDY for non-US investors and OUSG for qualified purchasers, supported by regulated custodians and audited smart contracts.

About the Role
You will lead partner and customer discovery, identify high-value integration and product opportunities, and translate external needs into clear product requirements. You will assess technical feasibility, build business cases, define scopes and milestones, coordinate delivery to production, and use post-launch metrics to improve outcomes. You will also maintain a prioritized opportunity pipeline and contribute ecosystem and competitive insights to product strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-time product management or founder experience
- 2+ years of web3 or crypto experience with DeFi, market structure, real-world asset, and stablecoin fluency
- Working knowledge of blockchain technology, smart contracts, consensus models, L1 and L2 ecosystems, and integration patterns
- Customer research skills using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Experience turning ambiguous partner requests into shipped products with measurable outcomes
- Communication skills for external and internal audiences, including logical writing and executive-ready documents
- Analytics skills, including defining success metrics, building dashboards, and using data for iteration
- Availability in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones
Responsibilities
- Lead partner and customer discovery to identify opportunities across real-world assets, tokenized securities, stablecoins, and related protocols
- Translate ambiguous external requests into product requirements documents with requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
- Assess feasibility and complexity for integrations and new product lines
- Build business cases based on return on investment, risk, and strategic alignment
- Represent Ondo in partner discussions as the product point of contact
- Define integration scopes and milestones and manage delivery to production
- Review post-launch metrics, gather feedback, and iterate based on results
- Maintain a prioritized pipeline of integration and product opportunities for the roadmap
- Contribute ecosystem insights and competitive analysis to product strategy
