About the Role

You will shape and execute the liability strategy for deposit accounts, CASA growth, and the liability portfolio across the Global Transaction Services franchise. You will analyze portfolio performance, identify growth opportunities, manage balance sheet drivers, optimize funding, oversee portfolio profitability, and lead transformational initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Banking
  • At least 10 years of relevant banking experience
  • Liability management product knowledge
  • Asset and liability management knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strategic mindset and analytical skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, influence outcomes, multitask, meet deadlines, and handle confidential issues

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the multi-year liability strategy
  • Track and analyze portfolio performance, balances, behaviors, attrition, deposit mix, and interest rate matters
  • Conceptualize regional product ideas based on customer needs
  • Execute growth levers including wallet deepening, cross-selling, segmentation, and dynamic pricing
  • Benchmark propositions against competitors and market trends
  • Manage liability balances, FTP, and customer rates
  • Work with Corporate Treasury to optimize the funding mix
  • Manage the liability portfolio P&L
  • Collaborate with Sales and Relationship Management
