About the Role
Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for Robinhood's Government Products portfolio. Guide a cross-functional team to build and launch large-scale zero-to-one products, navigate complex regulatory environments, and collaborate with government partners to expand access to financial products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping high-quality consumer fintech product experiences.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into clear strategy, roadmaps, and execution plans.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills with a track record of guiding teams and building alignment.
- Experience working with third-party partners on large-scale projects and with legal, compliance, operations, policy, or regulated-product partners.
- Experience using research, experimentation, and product analytics to guide decision-making and expand financial access at national scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy by establishing and executing a clear vision and strategy for Government Products.
- Build and launch zero-to-one products by guiding a cross-functional team from concept to national launch.
- Drive collaboration across legal, compliance, policy, operations, finance, communications, and external partners.
- Foster a culture of execution while navigating product, regulatory, operational, and partnership ambiguity.
- Promote continuous improvement through rapid experimentation, customer research, and data analysis.
