You will define the vision for Skills, collaboration, artifacts, and Projects; partner with design, engineering, data science, and research; make AI behavior understandable; and align work across product areas.

Requirements

• Product management and leadership experience
• Experience working with data and metrics
• Experience building AI-native productivity, collaboration, platform, or developer-facing products
• Experience with agentic systems, tool use, evaluations, extensibility, or workflow orchestration
• Experience with rapid prototyping and artifact-generation systems
• Experience building data-driven flywheels for iterative improvement
• 4+ years of product management experience

Responsibilities

• Identify innovation opportunities in reusable AI capabilities
• Define and deliver a long-term vision for Skills, collaboration, artifact generation, and Projects
• Improve capability discovery, adoption, reuse, sharing, and ecosystem growth
• Align product expectations with model, tool, and platform capabilities
• Evaluate and steer models, tools, and agents toward high-value user outcomes
• Make AI behavior understandable and controllable through interaction models, defaults, permissions, and feedback
• Align capabilities across products and teams
• Communicate product decisions, tradeoffs, progress, and learnings
