Its work includes Optimism software, smart contracts, APIs, utilities, network data processing and node operations, as well as consulting and support for developers and users. It develops the open-source OP Stack and offers OP Enterprise for institutional chain operators.

About the Role
You will define and execute the product roadmap for enterprise-facing integrations, SDKs, and infrastructure that enable fintechs and centralized exchanges to embed onchain services. You will engage enterprise partners to surface requirements, translate needs into product specs, and launch and iterate products that deliver yield, trading, and payments functionality. You will coordinate with DeFi protocols, custodians, infra providers, and chain operators and work closely with engineering, business development, design, and marketing to ship and scale solutions while addressing compliance and custody considerations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, consumer finance apps, or centralized crypto exchanges
- Direct experience with onchain or DeFi products is a strong plus
- Proven ability to engage enterprise partners and translate pain points into actionable product requirements
- Technical aptitude across custody, wallet infrastructure, and protocol integrations
- Solid understanding of fintech product mechanics such as trading, lending, and payments
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities and regulatory considerations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy for fintech and exchange integrations, SDKs, and infrastructure
- Build deep expertise in fintech and exchange customer needs and translate them into product requirements
- Launch and scale onchain financial products including yield, trading, and payments
- Coordinate with DeFi protocols, infrastructure providers, custodians, and chain operators to accelerate adoption
- Collaborate with engineering, business development, design, and marketing to bring products from concept to launch and iterate
