About the Role
You will own a dedicated area of the customer-facing crypto product suite, including trading, staking, and on-chain deposits and withdrawals. You will lead discovery, validate solutions with users and data, define requirements and user flows, establish feature metrics, and manage cross-functional trade-offs and critical incidents.
Requirements
- Product management experience building customer-facing products at a crypto, trading, or fintech company
- Passion for crypto, blockchain, or trading
- Strong UX skills and experience running end-to-end product discovery
- Ability to write clear product requirements
- Experience defining tracking events and measuring feature impact with data
- Exceptional reliability and ownership during critical issues
- SQL skills or familiarity with EU crypto frameworks is preferred
Responsibilities
- Own a dedicated crypto product area from discovery through release and continuous iteration
- Run product discovery, define hypotheses, and validate solutions with users and data
- Write structured product requirements and partner with designers on user flows
- Define tracking events and success metrics for each feature
- Manage cross-functional trade-offs, escalations, and critical incidents
