About the Role
You will set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Cards and Wallets within an issuing product. You will identify customer and operational needs, lead platform-scale execution, define success metrics, and collaborate across engineering, design, finance, operations, regulatory, and compliance functions. You will help build automated global card issuance capabilities covering BIN management, tokenization, and fulfillment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building high-scale products in technology or fintech
- 2+ years of experience with cards or payments products
- Track record delivering complex product and platform initiatives at scale
- Ability to operate with autonomy and ownership in ambiguous environments
- Customer-centric product judgment
- Data-based decision-making and focus on business impact
- Experience setting vision and strategy for teams
- Strong communication skills across disciplines and cultures
- Entrepreneurial mindset and bias toward action
