About the Role
You will own the design and evolution of on-chain fund movement, allocation, and settlement capabilities. You will define controls for security, traceability, auditability, and regulatory alignment; manage deposit and withdrawal infrastructure; and support risk and compliance integrations. You will build monitoring and operational tools, improve automation, resolve operational issues, and partner with engineering and stakeholders to deliver and monitor product initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science engineering fintech business or a related field
- Prior working experience in well-known internet or cryptocurrency companies
- Experience with wallet and custody infrastructure payments clearing settlement or transaction infrastructure preferred
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology cryptocurrency wallets and on-chain transactions
- Rigorous detail-oriented approach and composure under pressure
- High sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize competing demands
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
- Proficiency in English as a working language
- Mandarin speaking is mandatory
Responsibilities
- Own on-chain fund movement allocation and settlement capabilities
- Define fund movement logic and controls for security traceability and auditability
- Own scalable on-chain deposit and withdrawal infrastructure
- Support risk and compliance control integrations
- Build operational tools monitoring capabilities and standard operating procedures
- Improve automation and operational issue resolution
- Partner with engineering to define requirements and deliver projects
- Monitor post-launch performance and operational health
- Prioritize infrastructure requirements and establish ownership across stakeholders
