About the Role

You will own the end-to-end risk strategy for Buy/Sell Crypto products, covering transaction risk control, fraud prevention, review workflows, and decision engines. You will analyze risk data, identify fraud patterns, design and optimize policies, define decision thresholds, conduct root cause analysis, monitor performance, and run A/B tests. You will transform manual review into AI Agent-powered workflows through prompt engineering, policy iteration, feedback loops, and model evaluation. You will also improve automation and operational efficiency while delivering scalable risk systems with engineering partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Engineering Mathematics or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in Risk Strategy Fraud Detection Risk Product Management Trust & Safety or related fields
• Experience designing transaction risk strategies fraud detection systems or review platforms
• Ability to analyze large datasets identify risk patterns and translate insights into risk strategies
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on data analysis experience
• Experience with Python Spark or other analytical tools is a plus
• Experience designing and optimizing rule engines policy engines risk scoring or decision engines
• Understanding of fraud prevention transaction risk payment risk account security or related risk domains
• Experience designing model policies evaluation metrics and strategy iterations for machine learning or AI-based systems
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models including prompt engineering policy design model evaluation and production iteration
• Experience designing or implementing AI Agent workflows AI-assisted review systems or intelligent operational processes
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and make data-driven decisions
• Problem-solving skills with a high level of ownership and execution
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin
• Experience in cryptocurrency fintech payments banking or internet risk control is a plus
• Experience building AI-native products or AI-powered operational systems is a plus
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation agent orchestration tool calling and model evaluation frameworks is a plus
• Experience with A/B testing strategy experimentation and online/offline model evaluation is a plus
• Knowledge of AML KYC payment fraud account takeover scam prevention or identity risk is a plus
• Experience with AI coding assistants or automation tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end risk strategy for Buy/Sell Crypto products
• Design and optimize risk control architecture including rule engines policy engines model orchestration and review systems
• Analyze transaction and risk data to identify fraud patterns emerging attack vectors and optimization opportunities
• Design and iterate risk policies to improve fraud detection while minimizing user friction
• Define and optimize model policies decision thresholds confidence scores and human-in-the-loop review mechanisms
• Conduct root cause analysis monitor risk performance and perform A/B testing
• Lead the transformation of manual review into AI Agent-powered intelligent review
• Optimize AI Agents through prompt engineering policy iteration feedback loops and model evaluation
• Improve operational efficiency through automation resource optimization and reduced manual review costs
• Partner with Engineering teams to deliver scalable reliable and intelligent risk systems
