About the Role
You will lead the design and implementation of incentive programs for the WOOFi Pro platform, working with engineering, QA, design, and marketing functions. You will optimize conversion processes, user engagement, retention, product experience, and market fit. You will use data, market trends, and user feedback to improve features, measure initiatives, and ensure timely, high-quality product development.
Requirements
- Deep experience launching and managing large-scale global product development cycles with successful outcomes
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Technical expertise
- Experience determining customer needs, running prototypes and iterations, and making data-driven product optimization decisions
- Experience analyzing app traffic and internal data to drive product and growth changes
- Ability to specify product requirements clearly and work with engineers to deliver them
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously
- Ability to jointly manage projects and keep them on schedule
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Experience building large-scale applications
- Experience building features from concept to implementation
- Experience working in the Blockchain/Web 3.0 space or a strong interest in emerging technologies
- Experience delivering successful projects in a fast-paced, agile development environment
