About the Role
You will lead hands-on design for a sports betting platform and translate complex concepts into intuitive consumer experiences. You will define product design direction, create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, align work with product and engineering leaders, mentor designers, refine design practices, and use AI coding tools to rapidly build and test functional prototypes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience at a senior, lead, or principal level
- Experience mentoring designers
- Basic understanding of crypto, including wallets and transactions
- Design portfolio demonstrating hands-on design work and complex project leadership
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into intuitive user experiences
- Expert proficiency in Figma and modern design and prototyping tools
- Experience or comfort with AI coding tools and LLM workflows
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on design for the sports betting platform
- Define and drive product design vision and strategy
- Design major features, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership on roadmaps and priorities
- Mentor designers through feedback, critiques, and craft practices
- Establish and refine design reviews and user research processes
