About the Role
You will lead the full product design process from ideation through execution. You will gather and test user feedback, partner with product managers to validate opportunities and define requirements, and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver cohesive user-centred products. You will advocate for user needs, contribute to product strategy, and maintain and evolve the internal design system.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing product experiences at a tech or product-driven company
- Strong portfolio of user-centric solutions for complex business logic
- Experience designing for web and mobile
- Understanding of responsive behaviour and platform constraints
- Fluency in Figma
- Experience with design or prototyping tools
- Ability to communicate design decisions across multidisciplinary teams
- Strong visual design skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from ideation to execution
- Gather user feedback and test ideas during on-sites
- Partner with product managers to discover and validate customer opportunities
- Translate research insights into impactful designs
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centred products
- Advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle
- Maintain and evolve the internal design system
